Rainbow

The compensation
For heavy showers of rain
At this time of year
With some sunshine
Are the rainbows . . .

Autumn Sunshine

Between fog and rain
Filtered through leaves
Due shortly to fall
The sun feels
Even more precious . . .

Autumn

Autumn mists descend
Enshrouding all in cloud
And enhancing
The delicacy
Of a spider's web.

Memories of Summer

And a happy accident
Of seeing
Three young
House martins
Just before
They fledge . .

Choughs

Sighted
Several times
Along the coast
And on the cliffs
Cornwall's
National bird.
What a
Privelege

Summer Browswing

On a lazy
Summer day,
The bee buzzes
From flower to flower
Intense on its collection.

Lafrowda Day 2013

Beautiful sunshine
And a light breeze
With abundant music
Creative processions
And happy people
Who could ask for
more?
