Sunset

Over the hill
It looked as if
The sky was
On fire -
So of course
I had to stop
And take a photo!

Mellow Evening

Warm sun
Beckons me
Away from
The computer
And after singing
To show me beauty . . .

View from Lelant

A beautiful Saturday morning
Amid bright sunshine
The view is stunning
And clear
Looking
Towards the sea.

Pheasant

Hidden by a copse
At the edge of a field
Giving out a call
The pheasant
Displays his magnificence.

Collared Dove(s)

Sometimes singly
Or in pairs
They come
To sit on
The willow tree
And check for food

Cloud Creations

The colour,
Lighting
And texture
Of clouds
Can be
Magnificent!

Blackbird

The sounds of Spring
In the song of a Blackbird
As the notes soar to the sky
And dive to the depths,
In beautiful profound
Vocal richness.
