Like many places in the UK, it snowed in Cornwall yesterday, disrupting all our lives and with many schools having to be closed. I did manage to get out to do some shopping in the late morning when the snow had mostly melted from the road but some more came down later. I was amazed this morning when I looked in the back garden that the little primrose which had come out some while ago was still surviving! Tough breed these Cornish primroses!
