Quietly moving forwards
Stealthily
Praying the object does not move
Or fly away.
Do birds have a sixth sense
Which tells them when to fly off
Just as they're in focus
And the shot is about to be taken?
It certainly feels like that sometimes!

I know the feeling! I find that some birds will come very close to me if I'm doing something else, like robins in the garden or long tailed tits when I'm doing coservation work
ReplyDeleteWow- you are very stealthy--- Actually my post/stone today will be about me waiting in my garden as the migrating Robins get a drink from our very small pond. I am not in stone making form yet-- so I thought I would see what everyone else is doing first. Your cat looks as contented as my dog.
