Just another Monday

Just another Monday afternoon as I sit here typing and drinking a glass of milk. I went swimming this morning at a local pool which was good exercise but very crowded because of half-term, down here in Cornwall.

When I think of what the weather was like last week, I'm deeply grateful for the milder weather. It seems to make such a difference to everyone. There's time to stop and chat to people instead of running for cover from the rain. Everything seems more relaxed and friendly.
